Merino Lace Alanis Morissette

Red and Green are opposites on the colour wheel – so it seems a little “Ironic” that they should combine so beautifully, perhaps even “a little too ironic”, like the lyrics from Alanis Morissette’s famous song. If you don’t appreciate the irony and want a colour that will tone it down, try Rainforest or Olive. Or for some colourwork contrasts that would really pop out think about Guinea Fowl, or Chilli Pepper. Since our colours are hand dyed in small batches there is variation between batches, and even within a batch. We have a process and ingredients for each colour recipe, but can’t control how the colours “land” each time.
