Easy Fluffy Poncho

The knit kit
We’ve taken the stress out of project planning by putting together the yarn and pattern you’ll need for this project.This poncho comes in one size only. Each kit contains:
– 2 x 100g Fluffy Mohair Solid in your Main Colour
– 1 x 20g Fluffy Mohair Mini in your Contrast Colour
– A project bag
– A printed pattern
– 5 x stitch markers
You’ll need 6.5mm / US10.5 needles.

Our Fluffy Mohair comes in skeins, so please add a note before checkout if you’d like us to wind the skeins into balls for you.

Size
The pattern is for one size, with instructions to adjust the sizing on the last page. It’s a very simple style with limited shaping, but it creates a lovely slouchy and warm sleeveless piece. It’s comfortable, easy to wear, and a practical wardrobe staple.

It has a loose fit, with ~20cm positive ease. The finished garment circumference is 135cm. The finished length is 60cm at the front, and 70cm at the back. If you adjust it to make it bigger, you’ll need extra yarn. Our sample used the full two skeins (200g, ~400m).

Alterations
Remember, we’ve calculated the yarn quantities based on the pattern requirements. If you want to adjust the poncho size, make sure you buy an extra skein or two to accommodate that.
